Job summary

All Bar One Waterloo is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead the team and drive guest excellence. You will mentor staff, ensure smooth daily operations, and step in as Duty Manager when needed. The role offers opportunities to grow with Mitchells & Butlers and be part of a vibrant city centre bar team.

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
