All Bar One Charing Cross is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, coaching a frontline team and delivering standout guest experiences across bar and dining areas. You will motivate individuals to perform at their best and mentor them to grow.

Based in our stylish city centre venue, you’ll drive service excellence, lead by example, and foster a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests and keep them coming back.

As Assistant Manager at All Bar One Charing Cross, you’ll bring your experience to the table, supporting theGeneral Manager in leading your team to success. Through your passion and driveyou will motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experience, mentoringeach individual to be the best that they can be!
