Job summary

Holland & Barrett is hiring an Assistant Manager to work with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, drive sales and manage daily operations, with a focus on health and wellness guidance after completing our Qualified to Advise training.

You will lead on stock, merchandising and promotions, ensure a safe, inclusive environment, and support recruitment and onboarding.

Job description

Availability required across 6 days per week, with 5 shifts scheduled based on business needs. Shifts will typically fall between 7:00am and 9:00pm, including weekends.Flexibility is essential, including availability to work early morning shifts from 5:00am on Wednesdays and Fridays. The successful candidate will also be required to undertake key holder responsibilities, including opening and closing the store.
