We are hiring an Assistant Manager for our Edinburgh St James Clinic to support daily operations, drive commercial success, and create a positive environment for both clients and staff. This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills and grow within our amazing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assisting the Clinic Manager with the daily operations of the clinic.
  2. Managing and improving the day-to-day operation in the clinic.
  3. Ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service to clients at all times.
  4. Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
  5. Driving sales and ensuring the clinic works towards its full potential.
  6. Supporting and mentoring team members for their career development.
  7. Performing ad hoc duties as required.

  1. Excellent communication and teaching skills.

  3. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-direct.
