This role involves joining a dynamic statutory team within a mid-tier accountancy firm, undertaking a wide range of company secretarial responsibilities. It offers a hybrid working model with initial induction in London, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
Deliver comprehensive company secretarial services, including routine compliance and event-driven transactions, maintaining accurate statutory records using Diligent Entities (Blueprint). Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, liaise with clients and stakeholders, manage documentation, support business development, and assist with ad-hoc projects. Senior candidates will also mentor junior team members.
Minimum of 2–3 years UK company secretarial experience in a professional services environment. Qualification or progress towards CGIUKI qualification. Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, Companies House reforms, and ECCTA. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Companies House portals, and experience with Diligent Entities preferred. Excellent communication, organisational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive attitude are essential.
