Job summary

Greene King in Liverpool is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy pub team, helping to keep customers and staff engaged in a welcoming, safe, and vibrant atmosphere.

You will support the General Manager in daily operations, lead the team during shifts, and ensure memorable experiences while upholding brand standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and customer care.

Qualifications

• You'll be passionate about delivering amazing experiences for customers.
• You'll be great with people, and as a result, have great communication and leadership skills.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A keen eye for every small detail and a desire to uphold high standards in all that you do.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
