Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy pub team, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering memorable experiences for customers.

You will support the General Manager, coach staff, uphold brand standards, and safeguard customer and team safety during busy shifts. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong customer service ethos and ability to coach teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
