Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy Chef & Brewer pub to lead the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, model brand standards, coach and develop colleagues, maintain safety, and drive excellent service from opening to close. The role offers a competitive salary of £31,000 to £34,750 plus bonus, pension contributions, and benefits across our well-known pubs.

Qualificações

• Experience in leading a busy hospitality team and running daily pub operations.
• Ability to train and develop team members on brand standards.
• Strong communication skills and leadership in a customer-focused environment.
