Job Title: Assistant Manager at The Red Barn

- £14.50-£16 per hour plus great service charge

We're seeking an Assistant Manager for The Red Barn, a historic and beautiful destination pub near Lingfield, Surrey. The ideal candidate will lead the team, uphold high standards, and be actively involved in the daily operations of the business. Previous managerial experience in pubs or restaurants is essential, and you should be eager to make a significant impact at The Red Barn and develop your leadership skills. We support career progression towards a General Manager role, with opportunities for training, apprenticeships, and internal promotion.
