Slim Chickens Leeds is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead a motivated team, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You’ll help with sales strategies, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and foster a positive, energetic environment while building strong connections with guests.
