Slim Chickens in Wales is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our new site launch. You’ll help run daily operations, lead a team, and ensure guests receive outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the BRG family, you’ll help drive sales, uphold high food quality and hygiene standards, and support the management team with planning, scheduling, and guest relations. A hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality is ideal.

• Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Natural leader who can inspire and guide a team.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
