Job summary

Slim Chickens East Midlands is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations in our shopping centre venue. You will lead a lively hospitality team, deliver great guest service, and contribute to sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills, organisation, and a proactive attitude.
• A hands-on problem solver who can stay calm under pressure.
