Taco Bell - Leeds St Johns seeks an energetic Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy team and deliver the Live Mas experience. You will coach Shift Managers and Team Members, uphold food quality, safety, and service standards, and partner with the RGM to drive memorable customer moments.

You’ll own daily operations, support sales growth, and model the Mas Heart, Mas Value, and Mas Flavour in every shift.

Job Details

• 45-hour per week contract
• Competitive salary with performance incentives

• £32,500 per year

What You'll Do

• Build people capability - Coach and develop ShiftManagers and Team Members, creating a culture that embodies Mas Heart, MasValue, and Mas Flavour
• Drive memorable experiences - Partner with the RGM toensure every customer interaction reflects our QXR commitment
• Own operational excellence - Support the management ofdaily operations, food quality, safety, and compliance
• Grow the business - Help drive sales growth and profitthrough strong team performance and operational focus
• Lead by example - Demonstrate Live Mas values everyshift and help your team do the same

What We're Looking For

• A Live Mas attitude - Someone who leads with energy,authenticity, and genuine passion for the brand
• Mas Heart in action - You have experience coaching anddeveloping team members; you build strong relationships and create belonging
• Proven leadership - Experience as a Supervisor, TeamLeader, or Assistant Manager in busy retail, hospitality, or customer service
• Business mindset - Understanding of P&L, salesperformance, and operational standards
• Hunger to grow - Willingness to learn and desire forprogression into the RGM role
