Job summary

Taco Bell - Leeds Cardigan Fields is seeking a proactive Restaurant General Manager to lead our Quick Experience Restaurant (QXR) and deliver memorable Live Mas experiences in Leeds.

You will coach and develop the team, own the restaurant P&L, drive sales growth, ensure compliance, and set the tone for a high-energy, guest-driven operation that embodies Mas Heart, Mas Value, and Mas Flavour every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong P&L ownership and restaurant finance understanding.
• Track record of driving sales and guest satisfaction.
