Taco Bell - Leeds Cardigan Fields is hiring an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy team in Leeds. This full-time, 45-hour-per-week role offers a competitive salary and opportunities to develop through comprehensive training and progression to Restaurant General Manager.

You will coach Shift Managers and Team Members, drive memorable guest experiences, and ensure smooth daily operations, quality, safety and compliance while pushing for sales growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as Supervisor/Team Leader/Assistant Manager in busy retail, hospitality, or customer service
• Strong business mindset with focus on profitability and guest experience
• Willingness to grow and progress into higher management roles

What You'll Do

• Build people capability - Coach and develop ShiftManagers and Team Members, creating a culture that embodies Mas Heart, MasValue, and Mas Flavour
