Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and develop the team across the front-of-house, bar, diner and amusements in a fast-paced centre. You will be trained across all areas to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding guest experience.

You will coach staff, drive high standards, and support the General Manager to meet centre goals while promoting a fun and safe environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passion for customer service and guest experience.
• Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Desire for success and progression.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team to deliver excellent guest service.
• Run an exceptional front‑of‑house operation and dining area.
• Support the General Manager back‑of‑house to achieve centre goals.
• Ensure the centre maintains the highest standards and a safe, fun environment.
