Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy centre. You’ll receive a comprehensive induction and training across lanes, bar, diner and amusements, setting you up for success in this vibrant environment.

You will coach and mentor the team, run the front-of-house operations, and support the General Manager to meet centre goals and financial targets, ensuring top standards and a safe, fun customer experience.

Qualifications

• Management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail required.
• Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Driven to succeed and contribute to growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough induction and training across lanes, bar and diner, and amusements.
• Support the operation to deliver a fun, exceptional customer journey.
• Coach and mentor the team and run a high-quality front-of-house operation.
• Support the General Manager back-of-house in delivering centre goals and financial targets.
• Ensure the centre maintains top service standards in a safe, enjoyable environment.
