Mitchells & Butler s PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Summerhill House - Harvester. You’ll support the General Manager, lead a team, and ensure guest experience is exceptional while mentoring staff to be their best.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a hospitality/food-service environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests and keep them coming back.
