Job summary

The Katarina - Harvester, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead a motivated team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will coaching and inspiring your team, model best practice in food, drink and service, and help develop colleagues to reach their potential, while championing a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a hospitality team.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Mentor team members and drive guest satisfaction.
• Ensure operations run smoothly during shifts.
