Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Honey Pot - Harvester in Basildon. You will support the General Manager, lead a team, and ensure guest experiences are outstanding. The role emphasizes mentoring individuals to be their best and driving a culture of service excellence.

You’ll be empowered to manage day-to-day operations, train staff, and role-model leadership, with a strong focus on delivering memorable guest moments and team motivation.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality preferred.
