Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Summerhill House - Harvester in Kingswinford. You will support the General Manager, lead and develop the team, and drive guest experience to deliver memorable dining moments.

The role emphasizes mentoring staff, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to a welcoming environment for guests at a well-known family dining venue.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
