A family-owned retail company is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager for their Hull location. In this role, you will work closely with the shop manager, developing and mentoring your team while ensuring efficient shop operations. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, reliability, and some management experience. Benefits include 30 days of holiday, training opportunities, and a staff discount. Hours: 43 hours across 5 days per week.
Pay: £30,240 – £31,392 per annum.

Location: Bransholme, Hull. We offer a permanent full‑time position working a variety of shifts, 5 days a week usually including at least one weekend shift.
Flexibility: For full‑time positions we will generally require full flexibility in availability throughout the week, including weekends.
