Job summary

Brindisa Tapas is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join Brindisa Kitchens in a role that balances hospitality leadership with strong operational focus. The candidate should bring an open, engaging and humble personality and be comfortable representing the brand.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Assistant General Manager or Assistant Manager in casual or high-end restaurant environments, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a flair for team
