Job summary

Hare and Hounds is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our team in a stylish, food-focused pub. You will drive excellent customer service and manage shifts to deliver a warm, welcoming experience across the pub, garden and restaurant.

You will develop staff, train colleagues on the menu and service standards, and contribute to our ongoing development through the career pathway and apprenticeships we offer. We provide meals, holidays, a pension and a Share Save scheme to reward loyalty.

Assistant Manager

Once a coaching inn, our handsome pub has served the East Sheen community since 1776. With panelled walls, a wood-burning fire and candle-lit corners you’ll find cosy nooks and crannies to hide away in during the winter and in the summer enjoy dining alfresco in our famously large and beautiful garden. Our menu combines creative seasonal dishes with the more traditional pub favourites, all made using the best British ingredients. At our bar, you’ll find a good selection of perfectly kept cask ales and an extensive wine list. We offer full table service throughout our pub, garden & restaurant and we are well known for our friendly welcome from the team. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.
