Burger King Redditch is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, support the Restaurant Manager, and build a team that takes pride in delivering great guest experiences every visit.

The role

As an Assistant Manager, you’re a key part of the leadership team. You’ll support your Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant like you both own it — driving results, setting standards and building a team that’s proud of what they do.
