Young's Pubs in Covent Garden is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to lead our team in a vibrant, food-focused pub. You will drive excellent customer service, support day-to-day operations, and help train staff to uphold our high standards.

You will partner with the team to deliver memorable guest experiences, manage shifts, and contribute to ongoing development through our career pathway and apprenticeships. This role is on-site in London.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Strong passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to lead and train a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support the GM with day-to-day operations and training.
• Ensure high standards of food and drink quality and guest experience.

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
