Union Tavern in London is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise front-of-house and bar staff, and maintain exceptional customer service in a busy canal-side pub.

You will oversee the team, support daily decision-making, and drive guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership, efficient operations, and ongoing staff development.
