Job summary

The Paper Mill by Fuller’s is recruiting an Assistant Manager to help run a busy pub and restaurant by the Union Canal. You will lead a team, drive daily operations, and ensure a warm, engaging atmosphere for guests while upholding brand standards and service excellence.

We value hands-on leadership, clear communication, and a proactive approach to guest experiences. This role offers induction and ongoing training within a supportive team culture.
