Job summary

The Mill at Elstead, part of Fuller’s, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead front-of-house teams and ensure memorable guest experiences.

You’ll work with the leadership team to run daily operations, coach staff, manage service flow, and uphold the brand’s hospitality standards. A hands-on leader with excellent communication and a passion for fresh food and wines will thrive here, supported by Fuller’s training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Hospitality role requires customer service skills.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.
