Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager, located on-site in Boldon. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with care standards. The Assistant Manager will participate in the continuous improvement of services and manage administrative tasks related to care delivery.
