Job summary

Everlast Gyms in Gloucester is seeking a full-time leadership role to run the club's daily operations, sales, service and member experience. You will set the tone for excellence on the gym floor and reception, owning KPIs and developing a high-performing team.

You will lead by example, drive commercial success across memberships and PT, ensure standards, safety and compliance, and foster a culture of ambition and resilience.

As the face of Everlast Gyms, you’ll lead by example on the gym floor and reception, own high standards in every area, and inspire your team to deliver results. With a sharp eye for detail and a fearless, solutions-driven mindset, you’ll take full ownership of KPIs, people development, and operational consistency.

Drive Commercial Success: Own all revenue lines – memberships, PT, secondary spend. Maximise overall profitability.

Operate with Excellence: Oversee all sales and operational processes, ensuring company standards and central initiatives (FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND, MOVE) are delivered at the highest level.
