Key responsibilities

• Store standards – alongside the retail Branch Manager, ensure smooth operations from front of house to warehouse, maintaining high standards
• Inspire your team – lead by example, motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service
• Store management – oversee budgets, rotas, payroll, P&L analysis, stock management, and profit improvement
