Job summary

Nando’s Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Fareham to lead a team, manage fast-paced shifts, and deliver an Extra Hot customer experience across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery. You’ll plan shifts, motivate colleagues, and drive sales while safeguarding costs, with growth opportunities through our development programmes.

• Experience leading a team on busy shifts.
• Ability to plan and schedule shifts effectively.

• Plan, schedule and coordinate staffing to cover peak times.
