Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Plough Inn, Eynsford (DA4 0AE). In this permanent, full-time role you will support the General Manager and lead a team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

You will train and motivate staff, drive service standards, and contribute to a welcoming, premium pub environment. We offer a competitive salary and benefits including staff discounts and pension.
