Prezzo is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager in Exmouth to lead shifts, coach the team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. You will work closely with the GM to smash KPIs, drive sales, and oversee daily operations on a bustling floor.

With a focus on developing a positive, inclusive team culture and delivering hospitality magic, you’ll grow with Prezzo through structured training and clear progression to General Manager and beyond.
