Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager in Rugby to lead shifts alongside the GM, coach the team, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

You’ll contribute to achieving KPIs, driving sales, and refining daily operations while benefiting from structured training and clear progression toward General Manager roles.
