Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy pub in the United Kingdom. You will be at the heart of our management team, leading by example to ensure customers and teams have a great time.

You will support the General Manager, drive brand standards, train the team, and maintain safety and high service levels during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A keen eye for every small detail and a desire to uphold high standards in all that you do.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
• As this role may involve covering the business in the General Manager’s absence, you’ll need to be eligible to hold a Personal Licence. You don’t need to have one when you apply. If you’re successful, Greene King will support you through the process of obtaining your licence.
