• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure quality food production and presentation.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Implement training programmes for new staff members to uphold service excellence.
• Assist in creating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a hospitality or culinary environment, must be within a restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Experience in food production or kitchen operations is highly desirable.
• Bartending experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Outstanding communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
