We are looking for a new Assistant Manager to join our team at Hillier Garden Centre, Pevensey. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering 37.5 hours over 5 days per week.

Pay, Hours & Benefits

• £26,000 per annum
• £13.64 per hour

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve targets, KPIs, and standards, and organise store activities to maximise sales
• Assist in leading your team to create a customer-first culture, providing genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on products
• Motivate and develop yourself and your team to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Be self-aware, question, learn, and take responsibility for your performance and that of your store
