Job summary

Hollybrook, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead a motivated team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will mentor individuals to reach their best, train the team, and act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable, driving service excellence and guest satisfaction.
