Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our centre. You’ll receive a thorough induction, be trained across lanes, the bar and the diner, and work a 40‑hour contract with additional pay for extra shifts.

You will lead a busy centre, coach a large team, and drive customer service and financial performance, while benefiting from a monthly bonus scheme, 50% food discount on shifts, and a Centre Manager in Training programme.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a leisure/hospitality/retail team.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver great service.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team to deliver excellent service.
• Run an exceptional centre front‑of‑house and support back‑of‑house goals.
• Ensure highest standards and a safe, fun environment for customers.
• Assist the General Manager in achieving financial targets.

The role is varied and exciting; your responsibilities will range from coaching and mentoring the team, and running an exceptional operation, front-of-house, to supporting the General Manager back-of-house in delivering on centre goals and financial targets.

You will be responsible for guaranteeing that your centre has the best standards and service in the industry to ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for our customers.
