Miller & Carter - Chester is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and to lead a team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, model excellent service, and drive performance to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. The role offers progression, staff discounts, pension, and other benefits within a dynamic steakhouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
