Job summary

Miller & Carter Great Salterns in Portsmouth is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead the team and drive guest experience. You will mentor individuals to be their best and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Experience in a management role within hospitality or retail.

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Lead and mentor the team to deliver excellent guest experience.
• Train staff and ensure service standards.
• Be the duty manager when GM unavailable.
