Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to be at the heart of the pub management team, ensuring smooth operations and great experiences for customers and staff. You will lead by example, train and develop the team, and uphold our brand standards while keeping safety a priority.

You’ll work with a passionate team in a busy pub, delivering outstanding service and activities that make guests feel welcome and valued. A strong focus on communication and adaptability is essential for success.
