Job summary

Greene King’s Pub & Carvery is seeking an Assistant Manager to sit at the heart of our management team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy pub and delivering great experiences for customers and teams.

You’ll lead by example, champion brand standards, support the General Manager, and help develop your team while staying safety-focused and welcoming to all guests.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt during a busy shift.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
