Job summary

Bill's Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run shifts, mentor team members and ensure excellent guest experiences at our Cambourne location. You will work closely with senior managers to uphold our guest-first promises and uphold standards across daily operations.

You'll develop your hospitality skills, take on weekly responsibilities, and learn from experienced leaders as part of a dynamic team committed to growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality environments is required.
• Ability to lead a team and manage shifts.
• Willingness to take on additional site tasks and ownership.
