Job summary

Tenpin in Camberley is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure guests have a fantastic time while supporting the centre team. You will drive daily operations, lead by example, and deliver outstanding customer service, while developing skills to progress to Deputy Manager.

Great organisational skills, approachability, and initiative are essential. You will oversee training, budgets, and KPI targets, and act as deputy in the Deputy Manager's absence to keep the centre running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a management role, ideally within leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Have experience in leading and developing large teams.
• Full of determination, enthusiasm and patience!
• Be ambitious and want to progress!

Responsibilities

• Assume day-to-day responsibility for the operational management of the centre
• Strive to achieve a culture focused on top customer service
• Lead the team by example ensuring everyone works together
• Support the delivery of the company strategy
• Deputise in the absence of the Deputy Manager
• Own training and development to grow into future Deputy Manager
• Support other Managers in achieving budgets, targets and KPI’s
• Provide support to the team in various departments as required
• Ensure policies, procedures, controls and compliance are followed daily

The Role

As a Assistant Manager for Tenpin, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great time when they visit us! The ideal Assistant Manager will be driven, passionate and have a natural ability to create a fun environment for both our customers and team.

You will need to be well organised, approachable and show initiative. Exceptional customer service will be at heart of your role. You will also be responsible for owning your development to grow into a Deputy Manager.

You will:
