Job Description

What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...

• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and lead the team in their absence.
• Lead the team in delivering excellent customer experiences and bring our brand to life.
• Support with training and development, acting as a role model for the team.
• Ensure brand standards are upheld and customer & team safety is maintained at all times.
