Assistant Manager

A Bit About The Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your involvement will span operations, store culture, customer relationships, and coffee quality. This role promises an engaging and fun experience.

  2. Leading the team to deliver an unbeatable coffee experience for every customer
  3. Overseeing all aspects of operations, including cash and stock management, adhering to Costa standards, policies & procedures, and in-store marketing
  4. Monitoring store KPI reports and translating insights into actionable plans
  5. Managing, coaching, supporting, and delegating to the team, fostering a positive people-focused environment

  • Barista Maestro accreditation
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and learning, supporting team growth
  • Ability to inspire, empower, and communicate openly with your team
  • Reliability to step into the Store Manager’s shoes when needed
