Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team. You will step up when the General Manager isn’t around and lead from the front to create memorable experiences that bring guests back.

You’ll support the GM in achieving KPIs, motivate the team on every shift, and be accountable for operations when deputising. We value prior Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in branded settings and offer progression to General Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a like-for-like or branded environment.
